Why is my account opening application on hold?

It can also be due to missing signatures or photographs, inconsistent signatures, incorrect contact details, or incomplete documents for joint holders.
Additionally, issues like KRA non-compliance or, Aadhaar-related problems—such as using a third-party Aadhaar for verification—can also lead to your application being put on hold. Once the required corrections or proper documents are submitted, the application will be rechecked and processed for account opening.
