What is the minimum balance required to keep the 021 Trade account active?

There is no minimum balance requirement to keep your account active.

However, please note:

• The trading account will be considered inactive (dormant) if there is no trading activity for 24 consecutive months.
• The Demat account remains active, even if there are no transactions.

Charges:

An Account Maintenance Charge (AMC) of ₹60 + 18% GST per quarter is applicable to the Demat account.

This charge is deducted from your account balance on a quarterly basis, starting from the date of account opening.
