DP Name:
The Depository Participant (DP) is the intermediary through which you hold your demat account.
Example: Diamond Hands LLP (021 Trade), registered with CDSL.
DP ID:
A unique identification number assigned to the Depository Participant.
Example: 12100600 (First 8 digits = DP ID)
BO ID (Beneficiary Owner ID):
An 8-digit unique number that identifies your individual demat account under the DP.
Example: 00000500 ( Last 8 digits = BO ID)
Demat ID:
A 16-digit number formed by combining the DP ID and BO ID.
It is used for IPO applications and authorizing transactions (e.g., via CDSL TPIN).
